I am a native Texan and have lived in the Lake Travis area for over 15 years. With children at three different LTISD schools spanning Elementary, Middle and High School, I know what it's like to be a parent in this District. Lake Travis is our home and I am proud to say my children are educated in our public school system. I believe in a student-first approach that prioritizes strong academics, responsible stewardship, and thoughtful decision-making in partnership with LTISD Administration, teachers, parents and the community. I would greatly appreciate your vote in May. Thank you for your support!

I grew up in Sweetwater, Texas, and attended The University of Texas at Austin. In 2010, I married my husband, Mark, and soon after we chose to make Bee Cave our home, drawn by its strong schools and sense of community. We are proud parents of three children who have attended LTISD schools since our oldest began kindergarten in 2016. As a parent and community member, I value the role strong schools and engaged families play in shaping the future. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending meaningful time with friends and family.

I am a mom first, and that perspective shapes everything I do. Professionally, I’ve spent my 20+ year career in roles emphasizing strong customer experiences that help people grow, succeed, and feel supported. I believe the same principles apply to public service—listening first, removing obstacles, and creating systems that allow students, families, and educators to thrive. I have been a member of the Bee Cave Elementary PTO Board for more than 5 years, serving as President for the last two school years. I also enjoy volunteering with various organizations throughout LTISD.

Texas public schools are navigating a complex and evolving landscape shaped by state legislation, while facing rising costs driven by inflation and increasing expenses to operate and build schools. These pressures demand thoughtful, forward-looking leadership focused on both academic excellence and financial sustainability. I will bring fresh perspective and strong financial oversight to ensure resources are aligned with student needs and long-term district priorities. By emphasizing responsible budgeting and strategic planning, I will work to protect what matters most: strong academics and a high-quality education for every student.

I am committed to serving with integrity, transparency, and accountability. I will approach every issue with an open mind, seek input from the community, and make decisions based on data, sound judgment, and what best supports student outcomes. I believe effective leadership requires listening, collaboration, and a steady focus on long-term success for the entire district.
